• Offer book creation services to third parties
• Use the Software for agency work

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create content that violates Amazon's content policies or terms of service
• Use the Software to generate spam, malicious, or offensive content

4. API Requirements

Royalty Profits AI™ requires third-party API keys to function. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining your own API keys from authorized providers
• Paying any associated API usage fees directly to the providers
• Complying with the terms of service of all API providers
• Maintaining the security of your API credentials

We are not responsible for any costs, limitations, or restrictions imposed by third-party API providers.

5. Payment and Refunds
